HELOC LAWSUIT!

Credit Card Cap dot com vindicated when Lawsuit is filed against Chase Bank for HELOC manipulation.
THIS WEBSITE'S POSITION AGAINST THE CREDIT CARD COMPANIES IS VALIDATED AS HELOC LAWSUIT FILED AGAINST CHASE BANK!
Give Me Back My Credit Blog has reported a consumer lawsuit against Chase Bank and their ruinous plot to deprive americans access to their WELL EARNED home equity lines.
The same bank that accepted bailout money from the government denied home owning americans fair access to their own personal sweat equity bailout money, known as a HELOC.
Sadder still, Chase Bank has also RAISED interest rates on old credit card debt on some of the very same people who also cannot access the home equity they spent several years to a decade or two or three building up.
That Jamie Dimon sure is one tough character, going after Chase Bank's best, most reliable, trustworthy credit card customers who were never late on their payments by raising their monthly minimum payment from 2% to 5%. Wow.
What a tough guy, going after the fixed income, cancer stricken, elderly, handicapped, never been late making a payment customer, Single parent, you go get em, Jamie Dimon.

Credit Card Companies that garnish wages are causing states to suffer economically.
The Associated Press has demonstrated that states that allow credit card companies to garnish wages also have much higher bankruptcy rates.
The higher bankruptcy rates adversely affect a states overall budget in a myriad of ways. More people need help, more state budget is spent on court cases, helping people branded bankrupt, and then these bankrupted people have a harder time getting a job as a result.

People are rising up Against Chase Bank, won't you join them?
This picture demonstrates an indirect protest against Chase Bank. The protestors were there to protest California tax propositions, which were soundly defeated.
However, the reason for the tax propositions can actually be connected to credit card companies putting the screws to the consumer by raising credit card interest rates on old debt.
